  1.  I have been following your monthly challenges on your blog and I have to thank you. I never thought I could lose my love handles, but your workouts made it possible. I am the smallest  I have ever been and my stomach is almost flat! So, that is the area I am working on. But I want to thank you so much for making these videos.
