  1. Hi, I'm not sure about the routine. I know that I should begin with 'beginner' for each body part, but for how long before I move on to 'Intermediate'? Also, please tell me if I should do one body part daily, or with a gap of 1 day may be? A weekly time table is available for full body challenge which is great, but for individual body parts there is nothing like that. I'm sure you will respond. Cheers.
