I have finally developed the dish deserving of the name “Hot Thai Chicken”! This recipe has been simmering in my mind for a long time, and when I finally tested it out, it absolutely blew me away. The perfect mix of sweet, tart, spicy, sticky, crispy and tender…this sweet chili lime sauce would be good even on fried tofu or fish. This one is a must-try!

    I am planning on making this for my wife tomorrow. Any thoughts about the weight of chicken thighs? The current size of grocery store chicken parts seem like they keep getting bigger and bigger. Thank you for all of your beautiful recipes. You are a most wonderful teacher 😊

    What an incredible recipe 😊😊😊. I increased the recipe by 1/2 to account for the two extra thighs that came in the pack. Next time I might reduce the peppers 🌶 a bit because it was probably 4 restaurant stars for heat level. Still it was addictively good.

  4. Awesome signature dish! Found your channel 2 days again, sub right away, your are a great cook. I would double fry for crunch & longer “optimalperfect serving time” (love cooking for the family but when kids are running around. Still want them to taste what “real food” taste like”.
