The first exercise I am going to show you is called an archer pushup. This is one of my favorite exercises to do for getting rid of chest fat at home, and it’s also pretty fun to do. You want to try and do 10 reps on each side. And remember we want to superset each exercise, so we are going to go straight into doing 30 mountain climbers. Again, we are doing this in a circuit fashion, so right after the first exercise and superset, rest for 15 seconds, then we start the second exercise.

Something that’s great about these exercises is that it does not require any weights, which makes it easier for getting rid of chest fat at home. Going from this exercise we are going to do 20 medicine ball crossover push ups. If you don’t have a medicine ball, that is ok. Just get a stack of books or something that you can use to alternate with your pushups. Being able to use any resource makes it easier and is how to get rid of chest fat at home.
