To start, I am going to give you some chest exercises to lose fat at home. And you are going to want to superset each chest exercise with a metabolic boosting exercise. You’ll want to repeat this in a circuit fashion. You don’t have to do it every day, but just throw it in a couple times a week into your workouts. This can be a great start in how to lose chest fat for men.

The first exercise I am going to show you is called an archer pushup. This is one of my favorite exercises to do for getting rid of chest fat at home, and it’s also pretty fun to do. You want to try and do 10 reps on each side. And remember we want to superset each exercise, so we are going to go straight into doing 30 mountain climbers. This is a great first exercise on how to get rid of chest fat fast for men. Again, we are doing this in a circuit fashion, so right after the first exercise and superset, rest for 15 seconds, then we start the second exercise.

The second exercise for how to lose chest fat fast at home is 20 regular pushups. With the superset you will then do 30 side to side mountain climbers. The whole point is to keep constant tension on your chest. Something that’s great about these exercises is that it does not require any weights, which makes it easier for getting rid of chest fat at home. Going from this exercise we are going to do 20 medicine ball crossover push ups. If you don’t have a medicine ball, that is ok. Just get a stack of books or something that you can use to alternate with your pushups. Being able to use any resource makes it easier and is how to get rid of chest fat at home. After that, you will go into supersets and do 30 medicine ball mountain climbers. This is a great way on how to lose chest fat at home.

The group exercises is amazing for how to lose chest fat for men and how to get rid of chest fat fast. This workout beat me up! You are gonna want to do 2 sets of this, and after the first set take a 60 second break before diving into the second set.

  1. Very misleading title to your video. These exercises won't reduce chest fat and you know it. You can't spot reduce fat anywhere on your body. Fat reduction is all diet and nutrition. While these exercises might constitute a good chest workout and help you build muscle, they won't reduce chest fat. Please stay away from telling people they can spot reduce fat.

Great Stuff , this is the real deal , hey guys if you don`t want to spend a bucket full of money going to gyms and hiring personal trainers and so on then Gary is the right guy for you , this man really knows what he is talking about . Do yourself and your body a favour try some of his routines and his eating guidelines and I personally can gaurantee you will get results stick with it and it can change your life !!!!

  3. Looks like another great workout Gary can't wait to try it out… I'm sure you've answered this question before but do you suggest full body workouts or splits? And if so how many times a week on each body part?

  4. I have been kind of doing stuff like this and I do sliver Mt Climbers. I do a lot of push up, I am up to 50 per set. I started out barely doing 20, now I do 50 and super set them with pull yup and I could barely do 2 or 3 when I started now I can do 9 to 10. Your medicine ball push up is like my soccer ball push up that I have done for years with a new twist. I'll try it out. Great tips as usual love how creative you got with that medic ball.
