1. Burn feathers/hairs off of chicken wings.

2. Afterwards, place chicken in a big bowl and cover with cool water. Add 1 tbs of salt and soak for 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper, then massage seasonings in well.

4. Coat chicken wings with flour, then sit aside for 10 minutes.

*Make sure chicken is still damp while coating with flour*

5. After 10 minutes, coat chicken again with flour. Shake off excess flour, then add to pot of hot oil.

6. Deep fry chicken wings for 12 to 15 minutes. Once done, sit aside on paper toweled plate to drain excess oil.

  1. I'm so glad>>> I took a chance on this – I haven't used my oven in 2 months as I make everything in the air fryer. It's just the right size for 2 people (I make enough for 2 plus 2 take-along lunches). It's quiet and efficient and very easy to clean up. The only drawback – I can't find accessories that are large enough to make use of the 5.8 quart space.

  2. dig your style of cooking my brotha, I have used many of your recipes giving you of course the props… keep the fire burning, look forward to the next good thing you make ; )

  3. I am so glad you are back Bro!! and I have a question… I've been watching a Japanese chef. lol, but of course they don't cook most of their fish, but, my question is, how do you prepare orange roughy? I go to Sam's I miss deep sea fishing!! I'm back in Oklahoma! oh this question is me actually asking why the Japanese don't cook it..but we here in America do.
