  2. mam maine kisi dr. ki you tube video dekhi thi usme…. ye kaha gya tha ki kheera aur tamatar saath me use nhii krna chaahiye kyuki iski chemical properties different hoti h… jese fish wagerah khaane k baad milk nhii le sakte ussi tarah se kheera tomato salad me saath me nhii khaana chaahiye… ek baar aap b consider kriyega confirm kr k… aap salad bana re the to i saw tomatoes with cucumber…isliye socha aapko bata du… ping me when u confirm mam

  3. I want to add something here. India spans from North to south, West to east. Every state has its own food customs depending on what is grown in that particular region. So I disagree that "mustard oil is best for indian cooking" AND "Indian cooking is of same style adding onions tomatoes garlic etc"
    South Indians (Tamilians, Andhraites, Kannadigas and keralites) use til oil and coconut oil. These states make a large variety of dals, curries veggies and breakfast items without the use of onions and Garlic. Similarly Maharashtra also makes use of peanut oil.
    That makes it six states of India. Just saying 😉
