  1. Great day of eating. There is not wing stop near me, but there was one when we lived in Illinois…Pre pre pre pre pre keto 🙂 Hubby is more in to wings that I am, so there is a place we can go to that have won awards for the best wings in Cincinnati. I only eat the flats if I eat any.

  2. It is best not to test blood ketones after a heavy workout. It is recommended to wait a few hours because if you are in ketosis an heavy workout will use up all those ketones for fuel so it will read very low. When really you are in ketosis. make sense?

  3. If fat loss is your goal, youre taking in too much dietary fat… You only need 50G of fat per day (for health reasons). You need to up your protein to 1.0 – 1.2g per pound of lean body mass, and keep carbs below 25g. Doing that will allow you to burn your stored body fat as fuel, not dietary fat…

  4. The snatches should incorporate a squat when you go down… you are bending down to grab it and using your back… be careful… you could seriously hurt yourself that way. If any coaches were there seeing you do that, staying silent, they shouldn't be in the fitness world.

  5. Hang in there!  Keep up the good effort. I started doing crossfit once a week to blend it in with my weight training and HIIT cardio.  It is a whole new level of working out.  Cheers!

  6. I'm looking for a good self tanner and didn't see if you had said how that self tanners did that you used before the cruise. You look so tan. I'm wanting to get a self tanning lotion but wanted to get a kind that worked. Thanks so much for your videos.

  7. i have to be SUPER careful how I break my fast or I get an IMMEDIATE stomach ache or just feel crappy. That preworkout is probably why you felt nauseous and not just working out fasted. You actually should feel great working out fasted. Love hearing about all your journeys!

  8. When I first started crossfit, I was also still doing keto. I ended up switching to a paleo diet and I found I was able to recover a lot faster and get through the reps and heavy lifting. I'm back on keto now and doing crossfit still. I really love both keto and crossfit, but man when combined I AM SORE haha! Anyways, keep it up!! You're doing great!!!!!

  9. Girl the food that you showed (on this video) aren't really keto in macros. it's more of HIGH PROTEIN and moderate good fat and low carb. Your protein should be in moderate amount, HIGH IN GOOD FAT and low carb to be considered as keto.

  10. Why do I look at your videos from a year ago and you look like you’ve lost zero weight?

    Is Keto really that ineffective? I thought people were getting stellar results with the Keto diet.

  11. I stopped doing keto I just do low carb and fasting because the more fat you eat the less fat Burns off your body because it's just trying to burn the fat you ate first but I still love watching your videos ❤

You should just put a little bit of pink Himalayan salt in water and take a shot of it cus u get your minerals and electrolytes without breaking your fast that drink will kick you out of fasting when I first started I was drinking diet coke I know stupid of me but then once I realize it has to only be water and I would use a little bit of pink Himalayan salt my results were 10 times better
