Tasty keto meals don’t get much easier than this my friends! It only takes 6 ingredients to make this crispy skin lemon chicken with tender asparagus and lemon pan sauce. Although Art says it’s 7 ingredients!? This keto chicken recipe only takes about 20 minutes but has monster flavors. Just make sure to have the butcher take the bone out, that way the chicken cooks up quickly and that fatty skin gets crispy. The entire recipe is low carb and perfect for a quick weeknight meal.   1. Butter counts. IF you were using it to cook with, I personally would count it, but I wouldn't argue you not counting it. Hardware vs software
    Youre using it here to make an emmulsion, to fortify the sauce.It is purposfully being used as an ingredient.
    They're serving differnet purposes.
