  4. It bothers me that the girl in the grey isn't bringing her hands back to her head. Her head is so vulnerable and unprotected. Also that when she throws the punch, it looks like a chicken wing with her elbow. It need to drop closer to her side

  6. Thank you for this video! I did this workout 4 times in a week in the past 3 weeks, kept my calorie intake lower than 1300 (or around there) and managed to lost 8 pounds.

  7. This is my 1st proper workout post Christmas. Done it before and thought I wouldn't be able to do it all properly after my break but pretty much did it all with no rest. So happy 😁😁 ….Awesome workout 💪💪….but that warm up alone was something!!! But once you keep at it you push through! 💪💪
