Korean Style Grilled Cheese Toast – Healthy Recipes – For Food Lovers!
If you haven’t eaten Korean food with cheese, then you got to try this one. It takes the traditional grilled cheese up a huge notch!
Makes 3 pieces of toasts
- 3 slices of toast
- 3 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Korean Style Minced Meat
- 1/4 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
In a large bowl, combine the Korean style minced meat, chopped kimchi and half of chopped green onion and mix well.
Scoop 1/3 of the meat mixture onto each piece of toast then place one slice of cheese over it. Air fry at 380F (190C) for 4-5 minutes or until the desired char level is achieved.
Garnish with some chopped green onion to serve.
