    DAY 1: 10PM it wasn’t that hard i hope it will work. Today i did it just once😖
    DAY 2:It was really hard at the end,and yes i decided to do it just once a day lol.i will never lose weights
    DAY 3:It wasn’t that hard
    DAY 4:Easyyy💪🏻
    DAY 5:I was too tired
    DAY 6:Not that hard
    DAY 7:Yesss last day
