| Lawrence Ballenger’s Monster Chest Workout |
1. Incline Bench Press: 3 warm-up sets, 3 working sets
2. Incline Dumbbell Press: 5 sets, 10 reps with 2 second negative
3. Sven Press: 3 sets, 20 reps
4. Superset
a. Close-Grip Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets, 15 reps
b. Pec Deck: 3 sets, 20 reps
5. Cable Flys: 4 sets, 20 reps
– Bring your hands a little bit lower than normal and really focus on the squeeze.
Rest Time: 60-90 sec. between sets
