  1. Hi Adrienne, I've been following your channel for a short time and been practicing yoga with your videos. I love the guided meditation video and hope you'll entertain doing more in the future.

Also, can you recommend any of your videos where it's mostly sitting or laying down? I'm on restriction right now because of an operation and can't exert pressure on my arm right now. Thank you!

  2. I did twice yoga for depression and today this practice. I'm feel reall calmer for two days and this meditation was very good for me. My inner is very thankful for today as well. A perfect moment of well being. Thank you very much!

  3. This is the first time I've seen any of your videos and I am kicking myself for it. Corinne Leigh of ThreadBangers mentioned you and I tried this out after an awful day. Thank you. Will be watching and following MANY more of your videos.

Forgive me for taking so long to get here. Bless you, sweet angel Adrienne, and your adorable doggo.

  4. The mantra "I choose to let go." Has been so powerful for me. I suffer from anxiety and depression and there have been countless times that your videos have been there waiting for me to reach out. Thank you for the peace and comfort and gentleness you extend to the world.

  5. Thank you. I have been working through my PTSD and wanted something short today before work. As I started picturing my breath as ocean waves rising and crashing, I cried. I can't be sure why sometimes these feelings come up, but I think it was because I could picture those beautiful, calming waves. In my recovery, I can see how this illness robs you of imagination–you have no ability to problem-solve, no ability to imagine anything being different. I've struggled to even be able to do yoga because I could not understand the concept that it might help over time or in ways I don't know yet–but with time and practice, this is changing and improving as I heal. I love your channel because I can do it when I want, however I want, from the comfort of my home. <3

  6. I've just sent a kiss to you as you said goodbye, seriously, it just came out of that peaceful at the end of the practice. Wonderful it was! And thank you for being open and honest, I absolutely LOVE the way you talk, the words you say, the message you share …you are on a true mission and I think the virtual kiss was for that also 🙏Namaste

  7. I was feeling some unshakeable anger over petty problems and I felt like you were speaking right to me. By the end of the video I found myself realizing how small these problems were and about how much I have to be grateful for. I never fail to be amazed by how much a few moments of breathing and mindfulness soothes the soul
