That was really nice Thank You Adriene and Benji, i learned a New mediation earlier in the week that i find myself practicing Everywhere now in the car at work and i'm loving it it's something i will care with me my entire life Sa Ta Na Ma it is BEAUTIFUL Thanks again Adriene Benli and the everyone in the yoga family.   6. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was younger and am only recently discovering how debilitating it really is, but also what I can do to help treat it naturally. This has helped me to understand why yoga, and your channel in particular, has been so beneficial to me over the last couple of years. I'm also seeing how it is going to help me going forward as meditation can be an important tool for reigning in the chaos that is often my mental state.

    Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I can't begin to explain how grateful I am for your work.

  7. Ahh wonderful. It was something well needed. I saw a purple/pink at the end with my eyes shut and then when I opened my eyes at the end and lifted my head I cried a little.
    I followed the meditation practice with the hips and lower back routine.
    It was fabulous. 😌 ❤️
