  1. Love this one! Just the right amount of stretch, flow, and challenge for me. I get great neck stretches/release with the curling into a ball and I love that triangle is in here too. Thanks so much!

  2. 10 minutes is just perfect for these mornings when you don't really have time and are ready to skip your practice. I really enjoyed it today 🙂 One thing though – the music gets a bit too loud and intensive on one spot. Thank you!
