One of the most common requests I hear from my JSHealth girls is for quick, easy and delicious dinner recipes. Life can be busy, but nourishing your body with wholefood meals doesn’t have to be time-consuming. Optimise your meal prep Sundays and ensure you have all of the ingredients ready to go.

Pro tip: Make extra servings at dinner so you have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. This is the easiest way to stay on track during the working day and I have no doubt you’ll be wanting to tuck into your delicious lunch.

Easy One-pan Japanese Salmon & Veggies

This Japanese-inspired salmon is one of my most popular recipes ever – so I just had to turn it into an easy, one-pan meal. It’s full of healthy fats, nutrients from the greens and low-GI sweet potato. It’s so nutrient-dense and tasty, that I know you’re going to love it. Find the recipe here.

Cauliflower, Mushroom & Kale Rice

Lately, I’ve been making this for dinner on those nights that I’m strapped for time and want something super quick and delicious. Find the recipe here.

One-pan Honey-mustard Chicken

This is another one of my favourite one-pan dinners. All you need to do is throw the protein and veggies on a baking tray, add a tasty marinade, pop it in the oven and voilà, a protein-rich dinner that tastes divine. Find the recipe here.

Chicken & Veggie Stir-fry

This is one of my favourite recipes when I’m on a three-day cleanse. It’s filled with fibre-rich brassica vegetables, which leave me satiated and energised. Find the recipe here.
