I just did this class while two ten year olds made unchaperoned pancakes in the nearby kitchen…. i may not have achieved inner peace, and the running commentary of chaos was actually quite amusing but didn't help with far aparting the thoughts, but i still enjoyed myself and feel restored – and I am aiming to start the 30 day program on April 1. So thank you for providing a little calm in amongst the storms – best, elisabeth

  2. Thank you Stephen for that wonderful guidance this morning. I have been taking your classes for a while now while I am deployed here in Africa. My first yoga mentor left so its only me teaching right now, I use a lot of your classes to inspire my practice and enlighten my thoughts to new ideas. I am a fairly new teacher but your classes has given me the confidence I need to teach these other soldiers. So with that thank you. Next step, to cut off caffeine and use yoga to give me the energy I need.

  3. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I used to take your class at Runyon and I just got so caught up that I havent been in a long time. With all the stress and anxiety of being overworked and underslept my body has been responding in kind. I know Im out of practice but knowing I have FYTV alleviates that stress and anxiety instantly. Thank you for what you do!
