Thanks to my friend Sal at The Root Boy Cook I would of never known about these lovely wings. By far one of the best wings we’ve ever had..so simple and easy but sooooooooooo good.

Recipe:

Wings patted dry
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
Coat wings and let sit over night in fridge.

Coating sauce:
2 tbsps melted butter
2 tbsps Franks Red Hot sauce
2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce

Pour Coating sauce over cooked wings and toss.

  1. I would pop them back in for about 2-3 minutes to cook the sauce in the wings! But these look goooood! Don't need the baking powder because they are being "fried" but if you want crispy "baked" wings then the BP is great for that for crispiness.
