Chicken Chow Mein English Recipe:
250g Chicken Boneless
Salt to taste
½ tsp White Pepper
½ tsp Black pepper
1 Egg white
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Ingredients for Sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp White pepper
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
Ingredients for Boiling spaghettis
Water as required
Salt to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil
Ingredients for cooking spaghettis
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp garlic chopped
½ cup onion (chopped)
¼ cup carrot
¼ cup green capsicum (julienne cut)
¼ cup yellow capsicum (julienne cut)
¼ cup red capsicum (julienne cut)
1 cup cabbage
¼ cup green onion
In a bowl, add Chicken Boneless, Salt, White Pepper, Black pepper, Egg white, Corn Flour and mix it well
Now refrigerate for 20-25 mins.
After that deep fry in the cooking oil until fully done.
In another bowl, add salt, Black Pepper, White pepper, Vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, chili sauce and mix it well.
In a large skillet add water, salt, cooking oil, spaghettis and bring to boil. And remove the flame and strain it.
In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, garlic chopped, onion (chopped), carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, cabbage, Prepared sauce, Boiled spaghettis, fried chicken, green onion
And cook for a while
