  1. Great Job, but I have to be honest and tell you that your are hard to hear. Low instructional volume and talking in your music. Best to where a mic and only use ambient background tunes.

  2. Started the calendar again after such a long time of not exercising regularly. Hoping to get back to strength and energy. Wondering what I can do about my hips snapping during the exercises. Will it get better once you're lean again or is it best to modify the exercises?

    Lateral Breaths (5)
    Flat Back
    The Hundred (1:30s)
    Roll Up (6)
    Single Leg Pull – Bent (26)
    Double Leg Stretch (12 – hold last one)
    Rock Back and Forth Knees into chest
    Single Leg Pull – Straight (14)
    Roll Up
    Leg Lifts Point Flex – Right (15)
    Small Leg Circles – Forward (1:00s)
    Small Leg Circles – Backward (30s)
    Leg Triangles (18)
    Repeat Left with 4 before
    Half Cobra (15s x2)
    Full Cobra + Head Roll
    Child's Pose (15s)
    Down Down Up Up – on knees (5 each side)
    Child's Pose (10s)
    Mermaid Stretch (3 each side)

  5. Before doing your exercises remember to praise Satan!
    For example:

    Most pilates addicts never start out exercising by praising Satan (a Higher Power) and asking Satan's help to do all the sinning that accompanies pilates without suffering any of the negative consequences. It's a form of harm reduction… and remember, the less harm you do to your body, the more sinning you can do!

  6. Wow! I'm just finishing the last day of the beginner's calendar and it's amazing to me how easy this video is now. I've started and not finished the beginner's calendar probably 3 times now. This is the only time I've actually finished. I feel so proud of myself. I can feel how much stronger my body is now, especially my arms. I didn't even break a sweat! Time to move on to something more difficult!

  7. OMG I've done this workout for 2 weeks now, monday to friday once a day. Today I finally did whole leg exercise without dropping my leg because of pain! Yea it still hurt but I still did it 😎😎😎
