    That's how I view health and fitness now. It's not about being the size of someone else but the size and shape that is right for you and that your comfortable in.

  8. Hey! I just learned this and wanted to share. The kettle bell swings are not actually a squat, it’s a pivot in your hips and then your hips are what throw the kettle bell. This completely changed how the exercise works. You will really feel it in your hamstrings and booty. Keep killing it!

  10. It’s real easy to tell us it doesn’t matter what we look like when you look like a supermodel even after having a baby. Not trying to be rude (you’re gorgeous) but as someone with low self esteem and disabilities that make looking nice difficult these talks are a little hard to swallow.
