Pre Natal yoga helps primarily to create a healthy body, a positive relaxed mind and helps mothers’ to tune into their pregnancy. They learn to be aware of their feelings and responses, and how to deal with them in a calm and joyful manner.

At it’s core Pre Natal yoga trains a woman’s mind and body for the experience of giving birth, not so much by reducing the intensity of birthing but by increasing her awareness, thus heightening the entire experience of pregnancy and birthing



  1. The first delivery was c-section. But I wanted to have a normal delivery this time. Thankfully, I came across the video in the second pregnancy. and started practising yoga second trimester onwards. The practise not only made pregnancy easy with minimal back pain and leg pain, but also to everyone's surprise I had a normal delivery. Thanks to Tonia Clark and Lara Dutta for making this video. I am so impressed by the asanas, that I would request you to upload post natal session as well.

  2. I haven’t exercised since before I got pregnant and I’ve been feeling so tired throughout my entire pregnancy. So today, at week 25 I’ve finally decided to at least do some yoga if I can’t do anything else and was surprised at how amazing this is. I was only able to go up to the 20 minute mark before I told myself to stop because my belly ached a little but this was amazing and I’m going to try to do this everyday. Thank you so much

  3. I would really like to thank you million for this video. This yoga helped me for normal delivery for which i practiced from 7th month till the last day of my pregnancy. I got pains naturally and my labor was 7 hours long which was good. Thank you lara dutta 😊

  4. Loving this yoga, I m 14 weeks currently and started this since my 10 weeks of pregnancy. I do this every other day and it makes me feel so good and so powerful! Especially warrior poses, loving it Lara! Thank you.

  5. Hi I m 34 week pregnant right now…n I m doing ds since 15 week of my pregnancy..I love d way music n voice relaxes me..sometimes I do it regularly n sometimes after a week..hopping for best result as I read in comments..waiting for delivery…I vl definately share my experience of delivery

  6. Absolutely recommend any future moms to do this. Did it for my first child and went great, natural birth no medication and 10 hours in labor. Currently 36 weeks pregnant with second and hoping it works just as well.thanks Lara
