  1. Bro im doing this split push pull legs workout routine for 3months with 2,400-2600calories bulk..im skinny fat and ididnt notice any gains yet..how many exercises should be per body part?

  2. Quick question… Say if i wanted to do this split for 6 days Push,Pull,Legs-.. Mon-Sat………Sunday rest day…. So for monday-Wednesday do these workouts stay the same as for Thursday-Saturday… Or do you hit different body parts for Thursday-Saturday?

  3. I know opening the gym was a good move personal cuz u get to be comfortable and have ur office but looking at it now, was it a good financial move? or do u prefer u should've picked another location that's more traffic
