  1. Hugs sweet friend. Listen to your body, take a break and rest. I have anxiety and quit my medicine years. I am still learning my triggers, etc. Not sure if you are into natural supplements – but a lot of research I started taking ashwaghanda and feel a lot better. Actually sleepy fairly decent. Hang in there. Hugs

  2. Do what’s best for you! I’ve been doing CBD oil for a few months now, not sure if it’s doing anything yet. It does take time. However, I do believe it helped clear up an abscessed tooth real fast. It’s saved me from going on those awful antibiotics. So, I guess it is working, lol You’re a beautiful person, thanks for always keeping it real.❤️

  3. I am with you all the way. I also suffer severe anxiety/depression (I am 61 yrs old). The last 2 weeks I also have been in the downward spiral of anxiety and I do IF ( mostly 16 or 18 hrs) I would be happy with 13 or 14 hrs, but lately I have really been feeling enslaved by it the duration of hours, when you keep hearing about it so much and how other ketoers are doing these super long fasts, which I have no desire to do, at least not now. I like yourself do not have much more weight to lose and I don't like feeling the guilt if I can't or don't do extended fasts. I really appreciate your honesty. I have no one personally to keto with but people like you, so this was right on point with where I am

  7. I feel like the IF road is pushed in Keto by a lot of people and it just doesn't work for everyone, and I am one of those people too. You do you, what is best for you and your family. No worries, still love your videos!

I am glad you just did this video.  I have been on IF for two weeks and this past Sat.  I had these weird feelings and would cry for the littlest reasons.  Now I think I was having anxiety.  I don't know how long I will continue because I absolutely hate not eating breakfast when I get up!  I appreciate you sharing this.  It is helping me to pay attention to see if this is a problem.  Thanks and I love your videos and I am proud of all your accomplishments.  Take care of yourself!

  9. I am an extremely emotional person. I use to have anxiety attacks a lot. I understand how they make you feel and how easily they can be triggered. I can't intermittent fast either. I do better when I eat 3 times a day. Keep your head up. Keep doing what is best for you.

  11. Oh honey! I am sorry you’re feeling this way. You are a beautiful person, not only on the outside, but more importantly on the inside! Screw what anyone else says or thinks about you stopping intermittent fasting! It isn’t for everyone and you just need to do you! Take care of yourself and I look forward to more cooking videos!

  12. So sorry you've been having such a rough 2 weeks. I completely understand and have been there. I started daily CBD oil back in December and haven't had any anxiety since. I hope it works just as well for you! ❤

  13. Have you ever thought about going back to ww? I'm battling the thought of switching back from keto to pts system…keto broke my sugar addiction, so I'm afraid of going back to eating too much sugar. I like your video, hang in there, you're absolutely right, most of us will struggle with weight loss our entire life…we all have ups and downs, it's what we make out of it. Thanks for keeping it real, it's nice to know that others have the same issues I'm having.

  16. Last Aug. I started full on keto. I am a 48-year-old in peri menopause.Within a few months I discovered heart problems and two tumors in my neck and two in my arm. I felt awful.
    I get checked every year so I knew that my heart probably had a murmur and I have had thyroid issues & autoimmune for years. The bottom line is my diet exacerbated what was already going on. I’ve cut back to a simple low-carb diet that’s not terribly restrictive. I follow a 12 hour eating window. And I give myself a break on Sundays. Like you I’ve been on a weight-loss journey my whole life. My weight has stalled but I try to be easy on myself and eat healthy and do what works for me. If I have anxiety or depression sometimes all I need is a half a cup of oatmeal. Complex carbs have a direct positive impact on our serotonin levels.
    We all have to do what works for us. I’m proud of you for your authenticity. We need more people to be authentic in this world. It’s not a one-size-fits-all.

  17. Girl, so many of us women struggle with anxiety! Anxiety can totally screw up so much in our bodies. I myself went through a good few months of high anxiety and finally bought some CBD oil, it helped take the edge off. Listen to your body and do what it needs. Big Hugs!

  18. My one (adult) child suffers from anxiety as well. He refuses to take any medication. He uses the CBD to help him and it does work. He works through it, but sometimes it takes weeks till he feels better. It is so hard to watch him go through this. My other (adult) son has been on Keto for the past 2 years He never had anxiety, however, he is now suffering from episodes of it. I am not a doctor, however, I swear it is because of his diet. He is definitely at his goal weight, but I beg him to eat a more balanced diet. At least to try it to see if his anxiety passes. Anyhow, hope you feel better! Enjoy your family!

  19. Staying true to yourself is the toughest lesson in life to learn. It is so easy to go off track when you really want something bad enough (and it doesn’t matter what that is). At the end of the day, we end up hating ourselves so what’s the point, right. I’m so glad you’re strong enough to do what’s right for you despite potential flack. I couldn’t put myself out there like you do but I’m so grateful for the lessons you’ve taught me.🤗

Keto didn't work for me either it made me mean grumpy I was under alot of stress at the time I'm not sure what triggered the episode but we thought I was having a stroke but turned out I was having migraines that mimicked strokes and since stopping keto I haven't have them I mean I had all the symptoms besides drooping of the face. I was told I was a very grumpy person my husband told me if I ever did keto again he was going to lock me in the shed he was kidding of course but that really scared him. But I've been stuck at a 60 pound loss with WW I haven't weighed this weight in 15 years and I added intermittent fasting with WW to see if it helps because I snack to much. But I really feel you with the anxiety and depression I always try and put a happy face on and it's so hard to always be the strong person. But we all got this. We all just need to be there for each other and everything will be ok .

  21. Awww 🥰 sending hugs 🤗!! Dude I seriously 😳 had the same problem and went to the doctor and did all the things that your going through!!! I started taking magnesium powder and that really helped me get my anxiety together and help my hormones level off!!

  22. Hey Daniela! I know I'm late to this chat but I just wanted to let you know that there are two things I know for sure about myself and that is that I always wake up hungry and that I cannot go to gym on an empty stomach. I have to at least have a protein bar or shake otherwise I'm useless. So it goes without saying that I have never done the fasting bit but I still do keto! Like I always say, I do keto in my own little bubble! So girl, listen to your body, nobody knows you like you and do keto in your own fabulous little bubble…..do it your way!!! Keep smiling…..lots of love!

  23. Oh sweetie I feel for you. I live with Depression & Anxiety, practically most my life. I do the same thing, I go head on and focus on my weight lost only then something happens. I start doubting myself and every thing I do and it takes me up to a month to snap out of it. Hope things get better xoxo
