Apollo Fish Recipe | Apollo Fish Restaurant Style | How to make Apollo Fish Fry in Malayalam. Apollo Fish is a famous dish from Hyderabad with its many variations served across restaurants in India. Serve this as a quick snack or a party appetizer. This crispy, spicy, tangy fish starter is a sure crowd pleaser. The dish is made with boneless fish fillets. Murrel fish is typically used for this recipe, but you can use any boneless fillet like Tilapia, Cod Fish or King Fish. Marinated with spices and coated with flour, the fish when fried becomes crispy on the outside and soft inside. The fried fish is then coated with a spicy and tangy sauce. INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2):

Boneless Fish – 400 gm

To Marinate:
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Fennel Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste (¾ tsp)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Maida (All purpose flour) – 2 tbsp
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

For Sauce:
Oil – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 3-5 cloves
Ginger – 1-inch cube
Green Chilli – 5
Curry Leaves – few
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste (½ tsp)
Curd – 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
