  1. I got abs because of this man. I’m tellin u for any new subscribers if ur tryna get where mr addict is it takes a long time hard work dedication and perseverance. I’m also stubborn I challenge my body like that if it hurts just power through it keep going but it’s just me idk if u guys r stubborn like that.

  2. My question to you is I use a daily workout 35-40 minute but I can go longer on an ab lounge and take cold 🥶 fucking showers all year long. I use to have a Bowflex but that’s all the way in Florida comment me back ASAP
