This is a very easy Teriyaki Chicken recipe. Just marinate them for a few hours and pop them into an air fryer for a quick meal. Remember to cook some rice to go with this.

Serves 6 – 8
Mix all together and marinate for at least 2 hours
4 pieces of boneless chicken thigh (cut into half & score the meat)
1.5 cups of sake
3 tablespoons of fresh ginger juice
1 stalk of spring onion
0.5 cup of light soy sauce (low sodium)
0.5 tablespoons of garlic powder
3 teaspoons of sugar
0.5 tablespoons of black pepper
1 cup of mirin
Place chicken in air fryer – skin side down first – air fry for 10 minutes at 180C. Then flip over and air fry for 8 minutes at 200C.
Prepare the sauce by reducing the marinate over heat. Add 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce and thicken with some cornstarch solution.
