  1. Training brilliance, Ashley thank you for your videos. Always classy, informative, great technique and motivational. I will be doing this today. 2 questions for you. Can I use a 20 lb dumbbell if I don't have a med ball (of course ill have to sub in something else for ball slam)? And, What make of Asics are your shoes, like that they are sort of between a runner and a minimalist shoe.

  2. A joint that pops can be due to many factors. It can be due to ligaments snapping around the head of your femur, not warming-up enough or something worse like bone problems. If it hurts, or causes you to have less than full range of motion I suggest you see your doctor. You don't want to hurt yourself.
