  2. so for the upper body, how often do you need to change up your workout and when u do, do u need to change all of the excercises or just a few? also when i do create an upper body workout do we always need to do alot of excercises, inotice its more work than working out your butt

  3. Im gonna update .
    Probably going to do this two times .
    I will do one day and rest the day after because i have my booty workout too.
    Day 1 : did this two times with no breaks except for a sip of water and i am shaking i think its totally worth it i can feel it.
    Later on that day : dude my waist got smaller i aint even being dramatic but it did squeez up
    Day 2 : this was fire , i was shaking and the second time was burning so good i loved it.
    P.s : vicky , im having some backache and i think its becaue the first excercise idk but i feel that im doing it wrong, please help.
    Day 3 : no difference
