Ingredients-
Spaghetti Pasta- 250 gms
Water + salt – to boil it
Olive oil- 2 tbsp
Oregano
Garlic cloves- 4
Chopped onions- 1
Puree of 5 tomatoes
Salt to taste
Red chilli Powder or Black Pepper Powder
Chilli Flakes
Mixed herbs.

    3 mai e poi mai noi Italia i abbiamo messo il chili nella passata di pomodoro

  2. Do it my way and you will enjoy it. Boil the spaghetti. Keep it a side. Into a pan add oil, add garlic finely chopped cook till the rawness of garlic is gone, add finely chopped onions, fry the onions till golden brown don't burn it. Add the cherry tomatoes, add Italian seasoning mix. Then you add, turmeric, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, coriander, cumin, all spice mix Indian garam masala. All powder not whole. Salt to taste. Mix well cook on low flame, you don't wanna burn the sauce. Simmer it for sometime, mix well. Taste if you need extra seasoning. Once you notice the oil separating from the sauce it's done. Here you can add other ingredients of your choice, like shrimps, chicken, beef and mix vegs, Then dice in the spaghetti and mix well, add grated parmesan cheese and incorporate it well. My mom loves it the way I make it. She tells me it's so rich and full of flavour. Million times better then any restaurants.
