Stair Workout | Burn Fat | Butt, Legs & Core Workout

Here is one of my favorite stair workouts that help me get into bikini body shape. Stair workouts are great because there is no equipment needed, it targets your butt, inner and outer thighs and your core, burns fat without spending hours in the gym AND is a low impact, high intensity cardio workout.

Everyone has access to stairs to this workout is really easy to do and you only need 10 minutes out of your day to get a really intense workout. It’s an easy way to get into shape 🙂 Remember, working out isn’t everything. A healthy, balanced diet will also help you in achieving your diet/weight loss goals. Double Step
Side Step Crossover
Double Step Leg Raise
Single Step Jump Squat
Double Step Jump Squat

— I do one exercise per song and if by the end of six songs I want to challenge myself to do more, I do!

  1. very interesting I think I am going to try it sometimes insetad of just runing 🙂 ( I like exercise in the evening and I am afraid of runing in dark places Xd but stairs are lightened )
