Steamed Pandan Cupcake Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon pandan flavoring
How To Make Steamed Pandan Cupcake:
1. In a large bowl, mix the white sugar and egg.
2. Add the coconut milk, salt, baking powder, all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, and pandan flavoring. Set aside.
3. In a steamer, brush each puto mold with butter then pour in the batter.
4. Place the steamer in a pot with boiling water. Cover and steam for 15 minutes.
