    I went to your videos about chocolate decorations but i didnt find the exact decoration the one in this video . I tried at home but it wasn’t exactly the same so please could you make a video teaching how to make this chocolate decoration in particular

  2. I make a lot of puddings with agar agar and that looked way to much for that amount of liquid I use 1 flat tsp for every 500ml of liquid gives a softer texture but dose start to melt if it gets warm

  3. I have a query: Why do you need to use gelatin for the custard filling if things like butter, cornflour and eggs are binding ingredients anyway, surely once in the fridge the butter will stiffen and hold all of it together ?
