Pull Ups 30kg / 66lbs 20 reps
Dips 60kg / 132lbs 20 reps
Squats 120kg / 265lbs 20 reps

  1. Seems fake. Im certain a powerlifter the size of Romano could bust out 20 reps of squats with 225lbs without even needing a break. Plus the way he missed the Bell was silly.
