Struggling with Weight Loss!! 😭😡 | Can't Get Eating Under Control!


Hello! Thanks for being here .

I feel like I’m having a hard time getting my eating under control. I also feel like I’m having the hardest time with losing weight since I started this channel, 4 or 5 months ago. My weight loss is going super slow which can be discouraging at times. I’m having a hard time keeping my calories and carbs in check and not snacking at work!

I watch other channels who seem to know what they are talking about and try to put their words into motion in my life. I have been watching a few of Every Damn Day Fitness’s videos and I agree with most of what he says. I try to implement it, but I believe expects too much from overweight and obese people.

I also just found another channel who talks about NOT calorie counting. Just portion control and eating small meals..even allowing cheats (like oreo cookies) EVERY DAY. She lost 50 pounds in 3 months and 130 pounds she must be doing something right. I havent seen a lot of her videos yet but I’m gathering she believes the EXACT OPPOSITE of “Every Damn Day Fitness.”

  1. My daughter made the school dance team. They are selling candy bars, chocolate covered almonds and beef jerky. I never knew I had such a beef jerky stick and almond problem till we had them in the house like that. My husband AND daughter gorged themselves. It was awful. So next time we will have very strict rules about the consumption of them. Also, we paid a ton of money LOL. Those where to sell to help pay the bill we have to pay ourselves anyway. So, it was not productive for us

  2. Thanks for your input on the fitness channels.
    Other than Richard Simmons, I’ve never heard/seen any male exercise/weight-loss instructor that has truly understood how different women are from them in every way, so I tend to avoid them.

  3. Hmm Every time every day fitness comes up in my recommendations he seems to be bashing a fat woman. I won’t even click. I just hit “not interested” every single time. Honestly the only weight loss channel I really like is jordanshrinks but that’s mostly because she lost 130lbs eating high carb and calorie counting which I would do if I wasn’t diabetic.

  4. Sweet, beautiful Claudia … don't be too hard on yourself. You work full time and you are also a great wife and mom. You are only human and Lord knows we are all surrounded by junk food all the time and it is nearly impossible to resist it all time. My hubby is constantly bringing home pizza, donuts ….. aaaaaaaargh. Hang in there …. 🙂
