I feel like I’m having a hard time getting my eating under control. I also feel like I’m having the hardest time with losing weight since I started this channel, 4 or 5 months ago. My weight loss is going super slow which can be discouraging at times. I’m having a hard time keeping my calories and carbs in check and not snacking at work!
I watch other channels who seem to know what they are talking about and try to put their words into motion in my life. I have been watching a few of Every Damn Day Fitness’s videos and I agree with most of what he says. I try to implement it, but I believe expects too much from overweight and obese people.
I also just found another channel who talks about NOT calorie counting. Just portion control and eating small meals..even allowing cheats (like oreo cookies) EVERY DAY. She lost 50 pounds in 3 months and 130 pounds total..so she must be doing something right. I havent seen a lot of her videos yet but I’m gathering she believes the EXACT OPPOSITE of “Every Damn Day Fitness.”
