Tabata Full Body Workout – 52 year-old Style!

Hey MFP friends! I wanted to record a FULL session of Tabata this time to show you what my normal morning workouts are before I head to work.

Rondo makes a cameo!

This one involves a little bit of jump rope, hand weights, but mostly body weight exercises. I did 9 exercises per Tabata for 20 seconds work, with a 10 second rest between each exercise. I did this Tabata cycle 5 times in a row. Feel free to try it. You don’t need much for equipment! Even the jump rope and dumbbells are optional. You could fake jump and mimic the footwork, and do the lunges without hand weights. Or you could go the other way, and increase the weight & intensity. Trust me, you’ll still be sucking wind at the end! ~Namaste
