  1. Loveeeed it short n sweeettttt ma first.time.doing yoga at 520ammmm whoowhooooo!!!not bad feels ok..uusally I donyoga very late…j feel.more energetic n fresh doin it in the morning n at night it makes me tired n sleep btr ;))))

A perfect combination, short and sweet but for one main reason ….. this senior yogi achieved her first pair of near perfect side planks !!!
