  2. I guess my only criticism of this video is if you used two chickens to demonstrate the brining process. Why not use another chicken to show how its done in the oven for us folks who don't have those resources??? I guess that requires another rotisserie.

  5. so … will you be cooking anything using this gorgeous hunk o' poultry for Friday's recipe/s? i'd love to see what you can come up with for meals using rotisseried [sic] chicken, which i'd be doing if i'd bought the store's version of the chicken. maybe a few recipes, like one Asian, one Italian, one American, one Mexican, etc.? p.s. i turned Mary Younkin (Barefeet in the Kitchen blog) on to Kewpie mayo. she said she'd never heard of it, so i told her how i heard of it, i.e., i turned her on to your show, STCGO. you're welcome! i tell everyone with whom i speak about your show, Sam et al.
