Yoga for Your Third Chakra – Show Your Gold! September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and St. Jude is teaming up with YouTube to focus on raising awareness and funds for this very important issue. We said, “WE ARE IN.” Gold is the truth of the heart!

This yoga practices awakens and balances the 3rd Chakra. Manipura Chakra – also known as your power chakra. Yellow/Gold is the dawning of new perception. When the 3rd chakra is balanced and healthy it can feed us, teach us and magnify our energy so that we can help others. Connect to your courage, your self-worth, self-esteem, and come in to your personal seat of power. This chakra area is the area where responsibility for serving others emerges. It is important for you to strengthen and balance this chakra if you want to discover and manifest whatever your amazing and unique gifts are for the world!

Oh, my God, you look absolutely beautiful in this practice. 😍 Not that you don’t in any of the others, but this one. ❤️😃 Those close up shots were simply stunning and captivating, but there was something else going on in this one. I’ve done a good amount of these videos, and in this one, you had this illuminating glow or outreaching burst of love or something. I can’t put my finger on it or find the right words, but methinks there was something afoot this day. Either way, loved this practice. Thanks for all you do.

  3. I felt better about today's practice, I didn't struggle as much as last few days but the rocking horse posture did challenge me but I stuck with it and i did it so that was amazing.
    I felt more myself today rather than just going to the practice with for another posture so thank u for reminding us to be present by just talking and encouraging us every time, love yuh and Namaste Everyone 💕💞💗💖💓🙏

    I officially reached a new milestone of 100 days of daily yoga!!!

    I just wanna say it’s really great that you use your platform to shed some light on this awareness. Kudos to you Adriene.

    Just before starting today’s session I had a horrible bloating, and it happens to be about the third chakra which is awesome. At the beginning where we were at out backs and, the hands were at the belly I sneaked some belly massage. When I stood up for the mountain pose I felt drastically better, the rest of the session was awesome.

    I started in January with the intention of just completing 30 days, but I enjoyed it so much I’ve gone on to complete February, March and now working my way through the April calendar too.
