  1. Sorry just 1 more comment — where we feel it in the rest of the body changes sometimes from person to person I notice! That second AWESOME turbo blast exercise I felt really strong in the back of the skull and neck (where I'm weakest), so this all helps with whole-body posture. God bless!

  2. As an 'older woman' lol I can say it's true what they say, to watch the 'shoulder slump' as we get older.. cuz I had to enegize and engage my shoulders and upper-back to get my sleepy muscles-in-the-cheeks to rise up and down like that. Now they feel so alive I could laugh-cry! 😛 Many thanks
