  1. I’ve been doing this since the summer of last school year. I’ve also added an exercises from the app FitBod and it’s helped a lot. It’s helpful because I can target he muscle groups I want to work on. What’s bad is that it costs money, but I just write down my workout and memorize it.

    Day 1: was kinda difficult had to take a couple breaks no results

    Day 2: didn’t talk as many breaks got a little easier. No results

  3. I am a mother of two, and I've been struggling with my weight since pregnancy. I was so overweight, my doctor told me my joints would fail and I'd end up in the wheelchair. I had to find something drastic, so I started researching. And I read that Kim Kardashian was taking Keto supplement for her weight loss after pregnancy, and she lost some 30lb in 2 months. I had to try it out. End result – I lost 80lb in a year. I really believe this can help people, so I wrote a short google docs page about what helped me: If you want to lose weight – there is a way, and you don't even need a lot of exercise, just a bit to get your metabolism going.   4. With this and other xhit workouts, I lost 4inches of waist and 3 inches of each thigh 3 years ago. And now it is time for me to do it again 🙂 I did not lose much of weight but I felt and looked healthy and lean. Hopefully I can do the same 🙂

  5. Im working on gaining weight (I’ve been underweight my whole life) & i’ve finally put on a couple pounds. I been so focused on gaining weight I didn’t notice it going to the WRONG places! I really do hope this helps!

  6. I’ve been doing this workout 3 times a week for over five months. I am doing it in conjunction with cardio and eating healthy. It has helped to reduce my muffin top area but not enough. Unpopular opinion but this workout targets your midcenter and thighs rather than your muffin top. Maybe if you did two-three sets of this, results might be better but I only did two sets.
