  1. That was great. I just started this yesterday and I can already do the Raven pose. This didn't really tax my body the way the Balanced Strength Routine did which I have to say I really enjoyed a lot more. I'm just very relaxed and calm now and that would be great, if that was what I was looking for but I was hoping for the euphoric feeling I got after the Balanced Strength Yoga routine I did yesterday. I never would've guessed I would be into the more exhausting type of yoga. 🙂 Thank you!

  4. That was great! I usually do slightly longer workouts, but opted for a shorter one this morning as I am feeling tired. I was dubious as to how much stretch and exercise I'd get out of a workout only lasting ten minutes, but I was actually really impressed, and it has prepared me well for the day. Thank you!
