  2. Hey there! This routine has become the first I complete during my set of daily work outs. I love the quick repetitions here. Now that I have memorized them, I do a quick set during commercials, since most are 15-30 seconds long. Thanks also, my shoulder motion and hip movements have improved!

  3. Workout complete. You know this one is my go to to test my strength and endurance. Ehen I first started I could barely get through the first round. Now I can make it all the way to the 2nd to last workout of the second round before I have to take a quick break. I can act see my strength has increased significantly man. Thanks fitness blender!
