Weather you’re doing this as a quick 15 minute workout or committing to the 14 Day Challenge, this class aims to tone and sculpt your entire core, lean out your legs, and firm up that butt. A great addition to your other workouts, or a simple on-the-go quick workout fix.
Which ever way you use this, remember to work hard and have fun!

♥ CHALLENGE GUIDELINES ♥

♥ Rest days include a yoga session so you can stretch those sore
muscles

♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.

♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.

♥ Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.

♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean. I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and I highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us… you have to commit yourself everyday to the idea of achieving whatever healthy look you desire.

  3. would it be okay if I had a rest day between each day in the challenge? because after each video I feel too sore, would it ruin the effectiveness of the workout?

  5. Hey is it possible to do leg workouts that are exclusively on a mat or at least exercises that dont include any bending of knees. While your workouts are short but very effective I can't do some of the exercises because of the knee problem ( squats is also out of my do list 🙂 I am sure many people with knee problems will appreciate the workouts 🙂

  8. What I love most about your ab, leg and ass workouts is that they are always challenging!!! Every time I get ready to do one of these 15 minute workouts, I think, “It’s only 15 minutes, how hard can it be?!” And then I begin and realize they are NO JOKE! Thanks for never taking it easy on us yoga beginners!!! It’s refreshing!!! I also have to say, your production is the best on YouTube which is why I practice using your videos more than anyone else’s! You guys are DOPE!!!
