  1. Hello everyone! This lovely little gem is great first thing in the morning or helpful when you just need to move, but can’t commit to a lot. What is something else you do to start your day off on the right foot?

  2. I jumped way forwards this month because I wanted to do something gentle. Stumbled into the thinking of 'why do I do yoga every day' and sadly, today, I couldn't find the answer. Sometimes it happens. A blip in trust in the practice, but I practice nevertheless!

  3. I really needed to wake myself up after getting tired over a panic attack. Honestly, I was kind of thinking this wouldn't work but I actually feel more energized. If it weren't for me always having to wake up at 5AM and barely leaving the house in time even then, I would definitely start doing this. Spring break is starting soon so maybe I'll do it then, or maybe waking up at 4:49 will have to start happening haha! Anyway, thanks for this genuinely good video!

  4. New to yoga. But experienced in fitness. I tried this in the morning. #1 I did not feel connected. #2 I kept looking at my posture to the side in the mirror to make sure I was aligned, which I had to adjust often. I mean whats the point of practicing bad technique that you carry one with practice. (Despite having good body mechanics and awareness in other areas of fitness) #3 I kept looking at the video for reference and was not able to take proper breaths or even "feel" the stretch until the move was up and the next one started. #4 Moving my arms up and down and sideways in this slow fashion, opening up the fingers etc, felt very odd and theatrical which obviously affected this session. If anyone has any ideas on how to practice as a noob pls advise.
