As part of the fitness challenges we launch, we’ve collected over 650 THOUSAND surveys from individuals, and the information we received is why we’re putting this blog together!
Among those who took our survey, over half reported weight loss as their primary current fitness goal. Of those, 50% identified walking as being their main source of exercise.
Walking is great way to get active because it’s low impact for those with knee or hip problems, it doesn’t require any special equipment, and it can be a social experience if you invite your friends. But when it comes to exercise, there are definitely more efficient options for burning calories and fat!
