1A. 5 battle rope slams into chest to floor burpee X 10 (50 slams total)
1B. Box jumps x 10
X 3 sets (rest time dependant on how much you want to die but try not to do longer than 1 minute between all sets)
2A. Prowler push into prowler drag x 1 of each
2B. Kettlebell clean and press (single arm – alternating sides) x 16
X 3 sets
3A. Tyre flips (6-8 flips) into tyre carry (farmers walk)
3B. Walking lunges with weight on front (or across shoulders if any lower back issues) x 16
X 3 sets
4. Slam ball into press up (one hand on ball) back up into next slam (alternate hand on ball each time) x 10 X 2 sets
