    So what type of foods would you eat after a workout, rather than just having a protein shake?? I think that would be a good video- meals to eat after a workout!

  3. If you workout in the morning. Then you have to eat before workout.
    If you workout in the evening. Unless if you skipped your lunch, you do not have to eat before workout.

    Always eat after workout. You do not have to eat right away but the hungrier you feel after workout, the faster you have to eat.

  4. Ok im a lil confused i thought you said no in and out and im watching u eat…. and i thought fries are the worst thing to eat ….whitney what are u doing im going to watch this video again
