Barre- inspired, but no barre necessary. Just find a sturdy surface, such as a countertop, and get started! Working all three of those glute muscles: the glute minimus, glute medius, and glute maximus, for a well-rounded (pun intended) sculpting session! You will also work the core- mainly in the obliques. No equipment needed.
