    I really hope you get this, I was wondering if you have a video on yoga for back injury, I have been trying to get back into yoga but recently had a car accident, I am in pain and lost basically all of my flexibility, I want to get back into yoga also as a way to gain strength and flexibility back. I am finding even basic stuff difficult and painful so not sure if you have any videos on this (I did look and found this one useful as sitting in the floor is super painful! So I did this on a soft chair) i couldn’t find anything else that specified when actually in pain. I really hope to hear back from you thanks.

  4. hey there I am currently disabled with a knee injury and this is great for me adapted a few of the movements to compensate but at least I am doing my yoga again yay!

  6. Wow an old typing machine that’s a treasure; back in Cuba my dad used to teach typing before Castro’s Revolution and I used to have one of those in my house. You sent me back to my childhood in my now distant Cuba; thanks for that.

  8. Hi Adriene! I work at a desk all day and have tension in my lower back, shoulders, and neck after a long day at work. Even my knees have little shots of pain. Can you make a video for office workers? Thankful for all you do <3

  9. I just did a search and here it was. Tried it and wow, omg that was what my body needed right now. i feel soo much better. I didnt know how much i need to stretch more. Amazazing!!!
